Published 10 September 2012, 17:35

The operator of a fast-food take-away who admitted seven breaches of food safety law, including failing to keep premises clean, failing to have soap available for washing of hands and keeping raw food next to cooked food, has recently been banned from operating a food business and ordered to pay costs of more than £1,500.

He was also ordered given a 12-month community order and ordered to do  180 hours of unpaid work.
